CHAPTER SUMMARY
The idea in one minute
Fundamental analysis studies what supports an asset’s value and what could change it. For a project, this includes utility, team, product, competition, and sustainability. An attractive chart does not replace those questions; it may complement them.
What to remember
- Distinguish a promise from utility that already exists.
- Find out what sustains the project and what risks it faces.
- Compare favorable information with arguments that challenge your thesis.
Put it into practice
Explain in three sentences what problem a project solves, who needs it, and what could prevent it from working. Avoid using price as your only argument.
